Join us for an engaging pre-clinic Zoom session, a 2-hour in-pool Stroke School clinic, and a Q&A post-clinic Zoom session where we will dive deep into the connection between mind and body, helping you cultivate lasting improvements in your strokes.
Learn how your Heart Rate Variability (HRV) plays a vital role in nervous system regulation, recovery, and optimizing lasting change to your stroke technique.
We’ll explore the nuances of all four strokes, revealing the golden thread that ties them together for a more cohesive swimming experience.
By taking advantage of our post-clinic Q & A session, you can get personalized insights and answers to your questions.
Led by Intuitive Swim coach Wendy Neely, this clinic combines her expertise in swimming with a holistic approach that nurtures both mind and soul. Don’t miss this opportunity to elevate your swim.

Coach
Wendy Neely has coached for over 20 years with Blue Wave Aquatics and Federal Way Masters, high school, and youth swim teams. She is certified with USMS and USA Swimming, ASCA Level 3, USMS Level 3, KRI Yoga & Meditation, and Soma Breath Level 3, Soma Breath Facilitator, USMS Certification Facilitator, and is a USMS Coach Mentor. She was awarded the Kerry O’Brien Visionary award in 2010 and PNA Coach of the Year in 2017.
Away from the pool, you will find Wendy playing/swimming in Puget Sound and working with the element of water. Wendy coaches 5:30 am, 9:30 am, and weekend workouts at King County Aquatic Center where she is Head Coach of Blue Wave Aquatics.
