Speed up your Butterfly and Breaststroke

Two-time Olympian, Tatiana Lemos de Lima, returns for Part 2 of her SPRINT Clinic series, this time to speed up your short axis strokes, namely butterfly and breaststroke. Tatiana held the Brazilian and South American record in the 100 Free from 2008 to 2015. Since retiring from professional swimming in 2013, she has coached age group swimmers across the U.S. and has presented numerous swim clinics for Masters Swimmers. She is currently Head National Group Coach at Wave Aquatics in Kirkland.

You spoke and we listened. This clinic will be limited to just 30 sign-ups. And a talented on-deck coach will be specifically assigned to your lane to assist with Tatiana’s instruction and provide individualized feedback.

This will be a two hour clinic focusing on improving the efficiency of your butterfly and breaststroke. Be prepared to learn from the best!

Don’t miss this opportunity to learn how to swim fast and increase your speed. Space is limited, so sign up early!
